Very happy. Classes held without using white rice, sugar.. Awesome. Although we were not able to do it consistently, we got a clear understanding of food. Thank you. In our opinion, it will be better if separate classes are held about Diabetic... fear... clear awareness record and diet for them. Long live Vayagam. Live in prosperity and health
