Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga (Prenatal yoga) is a form of exercise that is specifically designed for expecting mothers. It combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to help prepare women for childbirth and promote overall health during pregnancy.

Pregnancy yoga improves strength, flexibility and balance. This can be especially important during pregnancy, as a woman’s body undergoes many changes that can affect her posture and balance. Practicing yoga can help women maintain good posture, improve circulation and reduce the risk of back pain and other discomforts.

Pregnancy yoga mainly helps to have a normal delivery. We also cover after delivery classes to understand & take care of the children. Mind state of the pregnant lady is carried to the children (that is our next generation). So maintaining mind at good state during pregnancy is important. We help them to reach that through Yoga.
